God’s Design

Been reading about the building of the Tabernacle this morning in Exodus 36-38. One can get lost in the reading of measurements that were used to build it and all of the details BUT it is an account that shows God’s people following through on a request that He made. It is not the power of man that shines through in its stature but the power of God, and what He can accomplish through man. Let there be pillars in my life designed by God himself. The plans I have for my life are nothing compared to what God wants to build for me and through me.

  1. So true. My prayer as well, that God will help me put my plans aside and be submissive to His great plans. Did you know that the Creation Science Center (Answers in Genesis, Kent Hovind) is building a replica of the ark?
